How long does delivery take?
As we prepare each item with the utmost care, delivery usually takes around 3–4 days after your order is placed. We often produce in exclusive batches to ensure the quality you expect from Trancemaster Krause.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll automatically receive an email with your DHL tracking number. This way, you’ll always know exactly when your gear is expected to arrive.
Can I exchange my size?
As we work with limited drops, direct size exchanges are not possible.
If something doesn’t fit, you can return the item within the applicable cancellation period. We’ll refund the purchase price once the returned item has been inspected. You can then order the correct size from our shop, provided it is still in stock.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. We recommend using insured shipping to ensure your return arrives safely.
How do the items fit?
Our Mischluft collection is designed in an oversized fit and made from heavyweight 240gsm fabric.
Recommendation: For the best fit, we recommend ordering one size smaller than your usual size. If you love the extra oversized look, stick with your usual size.
Is there a size chart?
Yes, you can find the exact measurements in the product description of each item. If you’re unsure, we recommend taking a quick measurement to avoid ordering the wrong size.
What’s special about 240gsm heavyweight fabric?
240gsm (grams per square meter) means the fabric is significantly thicker and more durable than standard T-shirts. It has a heavier feel, is completely opaque, and retains its shape even after many washes.
